I ALWAYS do something that relaxes me before I tak

I ALWAYS do something that relaxes me before I take down my hair from a protective style. That includes my kids’ hair or anyone else’s hair for that matter.

I also spray my hair with water and apply our 𝙀𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 𝙊𝙞𝙡 when taking out any protective style. I barely have any shedding and no breakage.

Doing both has helped me tremendously and I’ve been able to retail all of my length.

I hope everyone’s New Year is starting off well, despite everything else going on around the world.

I made this IG story a post because I was truly blessed by this quarantine. I say blessed because I feel this was God’s way of telling me to slow down, “stop and smell the roses,” and in addition to that, I learned so much about myself.
⠀
I am a one-woman show, currently. Meaning, I do all of my social media postings (a whole job in itself,) advertising, product production, shipping, etc, all while handling being a mother, a career, etc, so please just be mindful. I appreciate everyone’s continued support so much. All of you are so amazing!

I say that to say because I was rushing, doing too much, and juggling everything instead of EMBRACING everything and because of the quarantine, I was able to learn how to embrace life.

For others that didn’t and still don’t have a loving environment to embrace the quarantine, I understand, and I’m sending an abundance of love, light, and prayer.
